IMPRESSION

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

In this penthouse, we handled the complete interior finishing after shell construction. Together with the client, we mapped out their wishes and chose a modern Japandi and Minimal style. This style is characterized by a calming appearance with light colors and natural textures, such as earthy tones and wood. We used cotton and wool in the upholstery and carpets. Black accents and the use of smoked and ribbed glass give it a modern and luxurious feel. The kitchen is covered with soft suede at the bar and has a Dekton countertop in a rough cream color, fully equipped with modern amenities. Custom-made elements throughout the entire apartment create a sense of calm, and the large shapes create a minimal visual effect. The project’s challenges were mainly related to its location in the heart of Amsterdam on the sixth floor. Through precise planning and tight project coordination, we were able to shorten the project’s timeline.
